Delivery Options and Charges

Express deliveries can only be despatched by us for delivery the following day when ordered during our working week which is Monday to Friday. If delivery is required on a Saturday, please call us so we can advise on the additional cost.  All orders for next day delivery need to be ordered by 12 noon on the preceeding day.  All orders made over the weekend will be despatched on our return on Monday and delivered on Tuesday if requesting a Next Day delivery.  If the order is really urgent, please call us on 01823 681076 as this can hasten the order and we can sometimes get it fitted in after 12 noon if there is time to pack and process before the courier arrives.

·         The dispatch time for each item is 2-3 working days provided the item is in stock. 

·         All parcels are sent using a fully tracked service

Express Courier - Our chosen courier for the UK is UKMail; all parcels sent with the courier are fully tracked and require a signature upon delivery unless a safeplace option is specified. Unless you have specified otherwise, parcels sent with the courier will be left with a neighbour if there is no one at the designated delivery address to sign for the parcel. A tracking number will be provided either via Email or Text message. If you live in a property that is notoriously difficult to find, please provide detailed delivery instructions in the designated space at the checkout

Royal Mail 48 - This is a fully tracked service that no longer requires a signature upon delivery. If a mobile number is provided at the checkout, a tracking number will be sent via text message once your parcel is on it's way. Unless a safe place option is specified, a calling card will be left and you will need to arrange a re-delivery or collection from your local post office.

For parcels sent internationally, we use a number of different courier companies including UKMail, DHL, Parcelforce and DPD. All international deliveries require a signature unless a safe place option is specified.

We do also offer a number of additional services including a designated day of delivery, delivery before a certain time and weekend delivery. Please contact us directly to get a quote for these services.
